Works, but seemingly only for the hardcoded list of services the app supports. There is no customization; if it doesn't work on a given domain, there's no way around that and you're SOL. The app should at least have a way to simply strip everything after and including a ? in a url, if not a more robust method of working for non-hardcoded domains.

Hello Mara, you're right, the app only works for specific services and domains. There is no general rule of what can be removed from a domain and what not. Every website works differently and removing all parameters could break an URL. If you have a specific domain that is not working, please report it at https://github.com/svenjacobs/leon. Thanks!

Excellent app, can be used both for opening and sharing links, does what it says and does it effectively. Would love to have an option: - write custom cleaners. - open a browser, because right now if you register this as a browser it doesn't open the url. - keep history of urls and save notes like a bookmark manager.

This app has no ads, it's open source, it's free software. This does what it says a lot of the time. Not always, but often enough. Very easy UI with a simple "import from clipboard" followed by a nice set of options. 5/5.
