Shriram Mobile Application is LAZY & SLOW , this App is confusing & lacks basic clarity. It failed to show the correct monthly payment (chit value) or activity history. My alternate phone number was incorrectly entered as my main login, and the app gives me no option to change it. Please add a feature to update the login phone number and make financial details clear. provide the option to edit my phone number, your team is not focused. how to find the chit value, duration in this app

Wonderful app easy operation perfect saving huge time every month. One request is in the paid list add also earlier payments and describe the payment mode as cash. So that we can know if we have more than one chits, it's much beneficial to Subscribers. Tq.

worst app. it will use only for payment. we could not find any other details like. how many months completed or remaining months.
