this Shriram Mobile Application is very SLOW &LAZY , this App is confusing & lacks basic clarity. It fails to show the correct monthly payment (chit value) or activity history. My alternate phone number was incorrectly entered as my login, and the app gives me no option to change it. Please add a feature to update the login phone number and make financial details clear. provide the option to edit my phone number, your team is not focused. how to find the chit value, duration in this app

waste app because when we ener our chit details instead of show the amount details and pending details immediately it shows one dialog box that is NO RECORDS. after seeing that we felt what about our chit and previous amount. we get panic. poor software they have. rectification needed, app should be develope properly.

Wonderful app easy operation perfect saving huge time every month. One request is in the paid list add also earlier payments and describe the payment mode as cash. So that we can know if we have more than one chits, it's much beneficial to Subscribers. Tq.
