The app is not functioning properly, and I am unable to log in. After entering my mobile number and OTP, it automatically redirects to the registration screen, where it shows that the user ID already exists. When I attempt to log in using the user ID, there is no clarity on what the user ID should be (policy number, mobile number, etc.). Additionally, there is no 'Forgot Password' option, which makes the login process unclear.

worst app seen ever while opening the app it is asking to update email and to update email it is asking to upload letter in this digital era. Apart from this i uploaded one blank page instead of request letter it is accepting it and generating a service request also post generation of request again same pop-up i am getting post login to application. So many glitches are there in app.
