07. The requirements raised if any, by the Policy servicing team can be seen
in the App and such requirements can be submitted in App itself.
08. The service confirmation letter can be downloaded from the app after
the request is processed.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Keeps on asking to update details and doesn't allow to go to next screen. All details are already updated in policy.

Worst experience. I can't see my policy details. It showing some json language message.
