worst service they won't pass your claim they will say claim is approved and make you wait for endless time and no grievance redressal you can keep writing mails and call customer care they will pay no heed to your complaints. please don't buy anything from them it's a word of caution.

The app is not functioning properly, and I am unable to log in. After entering my mobile number and OTP, it automatically redirects to the registration screen, where it shows that the user ID already exists. When I attempt to log in using the user ID, there is no clarity on what the user ID should be (policy number, mobile number, etc.). Additionally, there is no 'Forgot Password' option, which makes the login process unclear.
