This app is developed for SLIC Customers. This App allows you to browse through various SLIC plans and their benefits , payment renewal and raise service requests.

07. The requirements raised if any, by the Policy servicing team can be seen
in the App and such requirements can be submitted in App itself.
08. The service confirmation letter can be downloaded from the app after
the request is processed.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not functioning properly, and I am unable to log in. After entering my mobile number and OTP, it automatically redirects to the registration screen, where it shows that the user ID already exists. When I attempt to log in using the user ID, there is no clarity on what the user ID should be (policy number, mobile number, etc.). Additionally, there is no 'Forgot Password' option, which makes the login process unclear.

worst app seen ever while opening the app it is asking to update email and to update email it is asking to upload letter in this digital era. Apart from this i uploaded one blank page instead of request letter it is accepting it and generating a service request also post generation of request again same pop-up i am getting post login to application. So many glitches are there in app.

App is requesting to update the mail id and twice I had uploaded the signature still it's not getting updated and not allowing me to get inside.... Customer care - unable to connect and disconnects without reasons
