• Allow location access and see the closest salons first, sorted by distance
• Live availability on every salon: green = a barber is free now, amber = free in about 15 minutes, red = all barbers busy

• Pick a barber by name, or leave it on Auto Assign and get the best free barber
• Real-time slots: booked and held times grey out instantly, so two people can never take the same chair
• Your slot is held for 5 minutes while you finish booking

PAY ₹5 TO LOCK THE CHAIR
• Only the ₹5 booking fee is paid online — UPI, card, netbanking or wallet via Razorpay
• Haircut and service charges are paid at the salon counter, exactly as you do today
• Your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds
• View and download an invoice for every booking

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
• All your bookings in one place with salon, barber, time and booking ID
• Push notifications for confirmations, reminders and any change from the salon
