Svyram is an everyday ride-hailing app built on one simple idea: the fare belongs to the driver. You pay your driver directly, and we take no commission from the ride.
THE FARE YOU SEE IS THE FARE YOU PAY
The price is worked out once, from the route between your pickup and your destination, and shown before you confirm. It does not change during the ride. No surge. No booking fee. No charge for time spent in traffic. Tap "Fare details" on any quote to see exactly how it is made up, line by line.
PAY YOUR DRIVER, NOT US
At the end of the ride you pay your driver in cash, or with any UPI app straight to their number. There is no wallet in this app and no in-app payment - Svyram never touches the fare. The whole amount is theirs.
BIKE, AUTO OR CAR
Pick the ride that suits the trip. Every option shows its own upfront price and arrival estimate before you book, and cars let you choose the number of seats you need.
WATCH YOUR RIDE ARRIVE
Once a driver accepts, you see them approach live on the map, along with their name, vehicle, number plate and rating - so you know exactly which vehicle is yours.
LADIES ONLY TRAVEL
Women riders can choose to have their ride offered to women drivers first, or to women drivers only. It takes a one-time verification to switch on. Your Aadhaar number is never stored: the first eight digits are blacked out on the photo before we save it, we keep only the last four, and your documents are never shown to drivers.
VERIFIED DRIVER-PARTNERS
Every driver clears identity and document checks - driving licence, vehicle registration and a live selfie match - before their first ride. You rate each trip when it ends.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The whole app is available in English, Hindi and Telugu. Switch any time from Profile and settings, or before you even sign in.
NO CANCELLATION FEE
Cancel before the ride starts and pay nothing.
SIGNING IN
Your mobile number is your identity - no passwords, no email. We ask for location so we can find your pickup point and show your driver on the map.
HELP AND YOUR DATA
Raise a support ticket from inside the app and follow the conversation there. You can deta from Profile and settings at any time, or from svyram.com. We collect only what a rideneeds, and we never sell it.
