SWAP Basma

About this app

SWAP Basma is a workforce attendance app for organisations. Employees register
their attendance from their own phone, and the app confirms both who they are
and where they are standing.

The app is issued to staff by their employer. You will need an employee number
and an activation code, or a beacon at your work site, before you can use it.

WHAT IT DOES

Face-verified attendance
Every check-in is matched against your enrolled photographs, so attendance is
recorded for the right person. Enrolment takes a few seconds the first time you
open the app.

Location-aware
Your position is checked against the sites you are assigned to, so attendance
is recorded where the work actually happens. Sites can be defined by GPS radius
or by a Bluetooth beacon on the premises.

A clear daily timeline
Sign in, confirm and sign out appear on one screen, with the time left before
each step is due.

QR attendance
Scan a site QR code where that is how your organisation prefers to work.

Team view for managers
Managers see their own team's attendance and can register attendance on behalf
of a team member when a phone is unavailable.

Announcements
Messages from your administrators arrive in the app, including attachments and
links.

Works in English and Arabic
Switch language at any time from the menu.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS

Sites, employees, assignments, verification strictness and blocking policy are
all managed from a web console. Attendance records can be exported, or pushed
automatically into your existing HR or payroll system.

PRIVACY

Face images are used only to verify identity for attendance. They are never
used for advertising and are never sold. Full policy:
