Terrible experience 1. For the test drive they give you a new bicycle. But then you get a used one, poorly maintained, with weak brakes and making a lot of different noises 2. They charged 59 euros. And now they show me notification about the unpaid invoice. But when I try to pay it I get "Invoice can't be paid right now". And I have no idea how to manage it. I changed the payment method, but still get the same message. My only wish now is to stop the subscription and forget about Swapfiets

Critical failure in the notification system. I had two scheduled repair appointments cancelled by the service team, and the app failed to send a single push notification (enabled on my phone), email, or SMS to alert me. I only found out by manually checking the app after the windows had already been missed or changed. For a service that charges members for missed appointments, the lack of a reliable alert system for company-side cancellations is unacceptable.

I've used Swapfiets for ~2 years. If the bike works great, everything is good. I work 18 km away from home with no train connection, only busses. If my bike brakes, I cannot take the bike back home with the GVB. SWAPFIETS has to take it, as advertised. Both times the appointments were canceled. I wss charged 20 E for the second one, because I didn't pick the call two hours before the appointment's time. I am on my 4th bike in two months, due to different electric and mechanical total failures.
