Swapfiets is the world’s first B Corp certified bike subscription. For a fixed monthly fee, we hand you your own high-quality bike. All check-ups and repairs are included. Bike issue? Come to the store or let us come to you. We will fix it in 10 minutes at the store or hand you another bike!

Terrible experience 1. For the test drive they give you a new bicycle. But then you get a used one, poorly maintained, with weak brakes and making a lot of different noises 2. They charged 59 euros. And now they show me notification about the unpaid invoice. But when I try to pay it I get "Invoice can't be paid right now". And I have no idea how to manage it. I changed the payment method, but still get the same message. My only wish now is to stop the subscription and forget about Swapfiets

The app is okay-ish. But a few key features are missing: 1. Login session is not "stored" (after closing and reopening the app it asks me to login again) 2. Missing a catalogue screen to see other produts and compare between them.

I really like it! makes it much easier to own and use a bike for commuting every day. The app is working well!

We’ve overhauled our promotion engine. The app now supports upgrade deals that span multiple months. This allows for more flexible marketing campaigns and better long-term value for our members. Next to that the deal will be visible on the home screen with a banner.
