Using our free app is very simple: Download the app and log in with your user data from Stadtwerke Düsseldorf's "SelfService" online portal. You don't have any access data yet? No problem. Registration is quick and easy via the app's start page.
You then benefit from a wide range of services and functions for your electricity, gas, water or heating contract.

- View consumption overview: keep an eye on your energy consumption at all times with a clear visualization. With regular meter readings, you get detailed insights throughout the year and keep energy costs and consumption under control.
- Change deduction: Has your energy consumption increased or decreased? Adjust your deduction amount up to 4x a year individually to your consumption. Your information will be taken over automatically.
- Set reminder function: Do you always want to record your meter reading regularly or change your deduction quarterly? No problem. With the reminder function, you can easily and individually be reminded of this via push notification on your smartphone.
- View contract details: keep track of your contracts with your energy supplier, regardless of whether they are electricity, gas, water or heating contracts
- Use mailbox: Would you like to view your documents and invoices at any time on the go and do without paper? Use the online mailbox and do something good for the environment at the same time - without wasting paper and postage costs. You can also easily download the PDF files to your smartphone.
