Horrible! They need to have videos of each step to get set up and how to's to watch. Their little verbage is often confusing or inadequate. we've tried using it for 4 months, and it's still not set up and usable. We are canceling and going to JOBBER. I was hopeful but at every turn, the answer to what we are trying to do is so buried into the app it's impossible to do. It's not common sense driven, for sure. even canceling is complicated. they tell you where to go and it's not there!
Hey Derrell, we're sorry you're not happy. You probably used a staff account with lower account privileges in your Sweep&Go account. That's why you probably were not able to follow instructions.

sweep and go has been very useful in establishing our business. routing, scheduling and route Management has been very easy to navigate in the system and for our field techs out in the field

good app for the business. edit: latest update is rendering the app unusable on my android phone. the app menu is up in the phone's menu bar and I can access anything in the app.
