Horrible! They need to have videos of each step to get set up and how to's to watch. Their little verbage is often confusing or inadequate. we've tried using it for 4 months, and it's still not set up and usable. We are canceling and going to JOBBER. I was hopeful but at every turn, the answer to what we are trying to do is so buried into the app it's impossible to do. It's not common sense driven, for sure. even canceling is complicated. they tell you where to go and it's not there!
Hey Derrell, we're sorry you're not happy. You probably used a staff account with lower account privileges in your Sweep&Go account. That's why you probably were not able to follow instructions.
We would recommend to schedule a live meeting after Scoop Con this weekend:
http://sweepandgo.appointlet.com/ or text or email. Thank you.

this app would function far better for the end user if we were able to manually reorder the list instead of only being able to so-called optimize it. additionally, some notes don't show up unless you hit more information and the buttons can be confusing
Hey Jake, thank you for your feedback. We could create a feature for field techs to reorder job list but in most cases our users want their field techs to complete jobs in the specified order. That's why we have not even considered an option to reorder jobs in the field tech app. The jobs can only be manually reordered on the route manager.

I haven't used the app long, so I don't have a lot to say, but it looks good so far. so far. The only thing I've noticed is that I would like to be able to take more than one photo for the client and for the office. otherwise all good.

Carlos, thank you for your feedback. We have a feature request to allow additional photos in the field tech app complete job view.
Right now you may send one photo to client and one photo to office.
For commercial clients, you may add as many photos as work areas (pet waste stations or service areas).
