About this app

Sweep&Go Field Tech mobile application is a companion app for pooper scooper businesses registered with Sweep&Go. The app can be used by field technicians to supplement their Sweep&Go Pooper Scooper App.

Field technicians can use the app to quickly review their scheduled jobs, start and finish jobs as well as send notifications to clients.

Businesses must already be registered and have an active account with Sweep&Go in order for their field technicians to be able to use the app.

Horrible! They need to have videos of each step to get set up and how to's to watch. Their little verbage is often confusing or inadequate. we've tried using it for 4 months, and it's still not set up and usable. We are canceling and going to JOBBER. I was hopeful but at every turn, the answer to what we are trying to do is so buried into the app it's impossible to do. It's not common sense driven, for sure. even canceling is complicated. they tell you where to go and it's not there!

I haven't used the app long, so I don't have a lot to say, but it looks good so far. so far. The only thing I've noticed is that I would like to be able to take more than one photo for the client and for the office. otherwise all good.

Carlos, thank you for your feedback. We have a feature request to allow additional photos in the field tech app complete job view. Right now you may send one photo to client and one photo to office. For commercial clients, you may add as many photos as work areas (pet waste stations or service areas).

Great app! I've been using it for about a month now and it really makes life easier when you work with a team of pooper scoopers. Functionality is great and they are constantly improving the app. I especially like dangerous dog notices, automated route optimization and sending client notifications. The best app in the pet waste management industry!
