Ratings and reviews

Absolutely awful integration with Snapscan. It doesn't allow me to go to my Snapscan app so why even have it in the app? Poor visibility on the bookings and unusable tipping interface. And to top it off very variable quality of workers. Some are great but some are far from great.

Good service, haven't had a problem with the actual service that is provided. But there's creature comforts in the app that are missing, like turning off promotional notifications, they are annoying, I don't need them in my life.

The last service I had was not good. I did not want to badly rate the lady and affect her work, so I emailed support to get assistance. There is no customer service or guarantee. They just send AI generated email which say nothing and expect you to pay for a service you did not receive. You also cannot receive a refund. I will not be using the service in future.
