The most recent update has been terrible. before when you wanted to scan your app QR code in store you could click 1 button. Now, after the update, you click that same button it takes you to a settings screen where they want you to give the app extra permissions. I deny their request, then it takes you to another page, where you have to select a different scan in store, which finally takes you to the QR code. If I denied you permissions the last 30 times, why would I allow it on the 31st.

Cannot order without creating an account. What is up with everyone asking you to create an account just to order something! This app will not let you place an order unless you create an account with the company first. Several other apps let you place orders as "guest". Unless they allow ordering without an account, I will just go to the store and order instead.

I downloaded the app in order to use a 50% promo. long story short, due to word limit, my meal wasnt discounted. The support bot, which is the only option for communication with them was non-responive after multiple attempts. I was sent a survey about the bot experience, after giving a 1 star review I received an email. I was finally able to explain my issue. They said they can't help me because I didn't take screenshots. Don't trust it and be careful.
