SKC products are authentic & very good, but their delivery service is extremely poor. Every time I have ordered from SKC, I have faced delivery issues. This time since last three days, my order has not been delivered, & the status keeps falsely showing "receiver not available" without any delivery attempt. However I was at home the entire time. Their customer support was also rude & unhelpful. Due to repeated bad experiences, I will never order from SKC again. Please be cautious before ordering.

I was a regular customer until this time when my order did not get delivered. this is when i truly understood the reviews which i already see here. for past 1 and half month i have been communicating with them but the only feedback i receive is "we will look into this". on top of it they have a good for nothing AI which commucates with you well but forgets immediate the conversation ends. my order is still not delivered and payment not returned.I suggest all to be very careful and go for COD
