Product quality is really good, no doubt. I've purchased goods from SKC thrice, and received coupons. But they're totally useless. When I tried to apply coupon code, it charged more than the mentioned price.

The experience has been extremely poor. Please avoid the item. They are not business ready. Post placing the order, there is no order confirmation. Customer care response is also very poor. After the placing the order through app, I was not prompted to put any password. Later, I could not login through same email. When I attempted through forgot password way, there was not response from their side. Amazon, Instamart, Zepto, or Blinkit would be better ways to place orders for their items. Also,

issues 1) The signin is a major headache on the app. some time it asks for username/password and some time mobile no/otp. even after correct credentials from saved passwords, it does not let me login. 2) The order status does not show correct status For all status , customer sees only Fulfilled. pls correct these issues. I hope the ordered items will make me forget these issues.
