V2.0 app, we present some glimpses of the new interface and some salient features of the new Swiftboox app.
• Completely new and re-designed eReader module and app UX.
• App is built for offline reading even if there is no backend server or network and all books that are downloaded in the library will be available for offline reading to the users.
• Web store for browsing & purchasing is now accessed via the Store tab through embedded web view for purchase of books.
• Reader now has chapter wise pagination.
• Last read page is correctly maintained when the book is opened again.
• Both Swipe and tap gestures supported for page navigation.
• 3 themes for easier reading.
• Highlight text for reference in multiple colours and take notes.
• Library will show currently reading book.
• Long press on the book cover in the library and you can delete the book / sample to save local storage. All purchased books are in the cloud and can be synced again.

Swiftboox eBook App platform wants to usher in Vernacular reading in India.

It wants the readers to discover and read books on-the-go, in an easy and convenient manner and finally read anywhere, anytime. Starting with Bengali, Swiftboox aims to add more Indian Vernacular languages.

Goal of Swiftboox is to reach new and young readers, who would like to read more books in their own mother tongue, apart from English but do not have access to the content on their mobile devices. Swiftboox delivers original and curated eBooks from both large and small publishers, in true EPUB format and not PDF files. The free-flow-text allows for a smooth reading on any android and iOS device.

Outstanding support. My first book purchase ran into some problem and the payment failed. The support team got in touch with me within minutes of my comment to show that the payment did not go through - even though my bank thought otherwise. I could reinitiate the payment and everything worked smoothly this time. The book downloaded properly and the reading app works perfectly.

The recent update (v3.3.2) has fixed the issue with wi-fi only tablets. The app is working fine now on all devices. All the other features seem to work well too. The app has definitely come a long way since its release, and it is improving day by day. The web store needs some improvements though. More books (seriously, a lot more books), 'add to cart' feature, book details (no. of pages, content brief) etc can make the store experience more polished. Keep up the good work team swiftboox.

Any new device i am trying to use it says you have reached maximum number of device. You cant expect us to use one single device for the whole life, its a basic design flaw. And if i want to remove the old device I have to contact support team? What kind of a process is that? Please learn from other apps implementation of device control, for example netflix or even hoichoi. I cloud have given -1 star of that was possible. The web app is laggy, even in desktop, forget android.
