Ratings and reviews

It's awful, and it doesn't work and the customer service is non-responsive. My pet sitter uses this app and I can't get connected to it. I've been trying to get their customer service to help me since January. It's now March. My pet sitter missed feeding my cat because we're trying to coordinate schedules over text. I couldn't *unrecommend* this strongly enough. Absolutely shocking lack of service, incredibly frustrating experience.

Edited review because it's all fixed now and I get lovely pics and a beautiful map as well! So lovely to see where my doggo has been.

Glitchy app in which some previously booked appointments disappeared from all appointments tab, forcing me to reconfirm with the pet sitter. Which defeats the app's purpose. Support has been no help beyond confirming that the problem still exists. This has been going on for months without a fix.

What’s new

Messages can now run to several lines. The keyboard's return key starts a new line instead of sending, so tap the arrow button when you're ready to send. This applies to messages and activity feed comments.
