Ratings and reviews

It's awful, and it doesn't work and the customer service is non-responsive. My pet sitter uses this app and I can't get connected to it. I've been trying to get their customer service to help me since January. It's now March. My pet sitter missed feeding my cat because we're trying to coordinate schedules over text. I couldn't *unrecommend* this strongly enough. Absolutely shocking lack of service, incredibly frustrating experience.

Katelyn is unlike any other trainer I've known. She's attuned to the smallest cues of any dog and can adjust to their needs and insecurities. Most importantly, she takes the time to train the owner! Personally, I had a hard time reading my puppy and understanding what made him so stressed. But now... he's so much calmer. It's like we have a much deeper connection. Hire Katelyn. You'll thank me.

Edited review because it's all fixed now and I get lovely pics and a beautiful map as well! So lovely to see where my doggo has been.

What’s new

Your pet care provider's notes now show on drop-in, boarding, daycare and grooming visits. Open a visit and tap Notes to see their note about the visit and any notes for each of your pets. The connect screen also now explains that VPNs and ad blockers can stop your connect link from working.
