Doesn't send notifications on a SamGaxy 9+. Spent a month e-mailing support back and forth 8 times: tried multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, clearing phone cache, resets, made trip to phone carrier store, even tried it on a different phone (Iphone 9). No alerts came through for a month. A month??? Support was as clueless as I was. I really believe in the product but can't be successful with this setup on a brand new phone? Not good. Especially for 99/month subscription. Fix it and I'll be back but a month and no fix with 8 e-mails sent to support? 💣💥🤯

Provides good trade analysis, provides huge amounts of successful trades, only downfall is getting alerts to my phone, and because its not straight forward to getting alerts to my phone i miss loads of trades, and i did go to the settings options and clicked the button so it looked like it was on (highlighted gold) but the gold highlightes actually means the alerts are off, so really confusing.

Notifications randomly stopped working about a month ago. I checked every setting in my phone and on the app and it's fine on my end. Messaged the developer and have not received a response. For the money we pay to access this app, I expect it to work, and it's not.
