Swipe is the first 100% online banking offer dedicated to young people aged 12 to 17, which allows them to manage their pocket money through a dedicated application (Swipe by Banque Populaire) as well as a personalized bank card.

The Swipe by Banque Populaire offer allows young people:

- With the Swipe card: to pay for their purchases in store, to make their purchases online on national and international e-commerce sites.

- With the Swipe app: personalize their bank card, check their balance, track their transactions, receive money from their parents, pay their bills and phone top-ups, send money to a Wallet or bank account, pay a merchant through a QR code, as well as withdraw money from Banque Populaire ATMs.

The Swipe by Banque Populaire offer allows parents via Pocket Bank:

- send money to their children's Swipe account;
- to follow the history of the operations of their children;
- deactivate and reactivate their accounts.


How to subscribe to the Swipe Offer?
From Pocket Bank (Section Swipe 12-17 years), parents can subscribe to the Swipe Offer for their child, simply by entering the following information: surname – first name, date of birth and telephone number.

The child can instantly complete the creation of his account by downloading the Swipe By Banque Populaire application.

it's not working it's been a month since this happened and it's very annoying fix it or something it's literally been a month it keeps showing Oups a technical error has occured try again. But it never works fix it.

it's not working for me and my sister, it keeps showing us a prompt saying it's a technical error , it has been like this for two weeks now . I was expecting better from this app , I'm genuinely dissatisfied
