Going round in circles, cannot complete the installation ... useless !

Cannot assess app yet. When I open it upon installation, the error alert stops me from doing anything with the app, not even properly open it: "APP Tampering detected, app run in unsafe environment. download from official Google play store and is running on official Android" Checked both, done both

It doesn't work at all. When I type in my PIN, I am unable to press the "OK" button. And when I do press it, the window just closes and I have to find it again. But it doesn't give me access. So it's completely useless until this bug is corrected.
