StackTrail is a calm, offline-first tracker for everything you're working on.
Groups, tasks, notes, links, files, and reminders — in one private place that works with no
account and no internet.
Most trackers are built for teams and live in the cloud. StackTrail is for you: it keeps your
work on your device, opens instantly, and never asks you to sign in.
Organize the way you think
• Group → Label → Task → Sub-task — as deep or as flat as you like.
• Every task flows through three clear phases: Idea · Progress · Complete, with progress bars
and rings throughout.
• Pin the groups and tasks you care about to a Home shortcut row.
Capture everything
• Rich notes on any task or sub-task (auto-formatted as bullets).
• Reference links with WhatsApp-style previews — paste or share a link from any app and
StackTrail fetches its title, description, and image for offline viewing.
• Attachments — photos, files, and in-app voice notes on any item.
Never miss a thing
• One-tap reminders on any level — group, label, task or sub-task — with optional daily/weekly
repeat. Task/sub-task reminders auto-stop when you're done; group/label reminders are gentle
recurring nudges.

• A glanceable dashboard: activity streak, tasks completed this week, your most-active group, a
GitHub-style contribution heatmap, and an 8-week completion trend.
