very bad customer support, been sending emails for the past few days no reply. chat agents are always offline. I tried the SIM with one of the listed supported device no luck. you can NOT even get the app to see your SIM if you use the google app ver. you have to download the link direct APK (which is very weird? overall experience so far is ZERO

I need to restart the phone on each 2-3 sim swap, because it lags too much

Support is virtually non-existent with it not working - a total waste of time and money
