Update... Swivl worked with me to correct the original issue. They sent me an adapter (at their expense) that allows my Samsung-SM-G955U, which uses a USB-C, to connect and communicate with the Swivl base. It now works as advertised. Had to stop at 3 stars because of not being able to use it when I originally needed it to. Had to wait for the adapter to arrive in order to get it to work with my phone. Unfortunately it didn't arrive till after I needed it, a week after my presentation. Knowing this at the time of ordering the Swivl would have helped a lot.

Love using swivl in my classroom; even purchased more markers to use swivl in all of its glory. However, my iPad was old, so I replaced it with a Samsung which made all the money I sunk into my swivl a poor investment. The disparities between the app for Apple and Android has been aggravating and upseating. no longer have the multi marker capabilities were you can mute and choose what marker to listen to. WHY can't the Swivl app function based on Swivl functions not based on what app you have.

Does not work well with Pixel 3. I have the USB C adapter and the SWIVL app still didn't work. The app was only able to open for a short bit before closing and completely ruining my efforts to document my teaching for a school. Very frustrated and annoyed

For any Type C device it is important to use Type C adaptor with OTG support. Pixel 3 is supported. Please make sure you have the most recent app and reinstall if needed.
