SWM Drive – Smart Solid Waste Management for Field Drivers

SWM Drive is a driver companion app designed for Solid Waste Management operations. Built for waste collection drivers working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Municipal Corporations, and waste management facilities, the app brings trip management, GPS-based attendance, and operational reporting into one simple platform.

Developed by Civicsoft Solutions, SWM Drive helps drivers complete their daily assignments efficiently while enabling supervisors and administrators to monitor collection operations.

KEY FEATURES

🚛 Trip Management & GPS Tracking
Start and complete assigned collection trips easily. During an active trip, SWM Drive tracks the vehicle's GPS location — including while the app is running in the background or the phone is locked — solely to verify that the truck visited each stop on the assigned route. Location is not collected outside of active trips and is not used for any other purpose.

📍 Digital Attendance
Clock in and clock out using GPS geofence-based attendance for more accurate, location-verified work records.

🔧 Breakdown & Fuel Reporting
Report vehicle breakdowns directly from the app, with automatic detection during active trips and manual reporting options. Log fuel refills with supporting photo records such as pump, receipt, and odometer images.

📅 Leave Management
Submit and track leave requests directly from the app, reducing the need for manual leave registers and paperwork.

🌐 Multi-Language Support
Available in English, Hindi, and Marathi, allowing drivers to use the app in their preferred language.
