App loads slow and functions worse. When connected to my vehicle, I get zero alert sounds. I have to physically check the app every few minutes to see if something came in. Most of the time, when trying to back out of the map to view job details, it doesn't function, and I have to close the app and reopen. Also, the info display is just wrong. Address, customer name, contact info, issue, etc. That is how it should be displayed as those are the most important information and should be at the top.

We recently discovered that there was an issues with the app serving notifications. We have fixed this issue as of 7/24. Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app to ensure your app has the fix!

Having issues with notifications, when I receive service calls I don't get any notifications no sounds whatsoever. I have swoop on two different devices (tablet and phone). Sometimes I receive a small ding on my tablet. I get no sound from my phone, for the most part I have to be physically looking at my phone and tablet to know that I am receiving a service call and most of the time only one device gets a service call when both devices should be getting them simultaneously,

We have multiple people using this app at our company and we don't have a single person who says it works. We constantly get phone calls for jobs but when any one of us go to open the app, it says "network error" or it doesn't open at all. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also performing the updates and nothing has solved the problem. Can't wait for a fix because its causing a loss in profits.
