It needs to be updated more often. It has UI bugs. I think it should be more simpler to navigate through the app and while selecting the ward numbers it should show the corresponding area name as you could be complaining about a broken street light or dangerous pothole in another area and not know the ward no of that area so it's difficult to complaint!

I feel that the team handling the app development lacks competence in resolving issues. I doubt if they are even considering our feedback. Many features are not functioning properly, and it seems the team is not concerned about addressing these issues.

Good, need to make it more personalized. Add to save index number for water tax and property tax. Once you save your credentials it will be easy to fetch bill data. Think of sending emails/sms when you raise bill. This will save our time and will be able to pay on time. Think of linking with Bharat Bill Pay option.
