I feel that the team handling the app development lacks competence in resolving issues. I doubt if they are even considering our feedback. Many features are not functioning properly, and it seems the team is not concerned about addressing these issues.

Good, need to make it more personalized. Add to save index number for water tax and property tax. Once you save your credentials it will be easy to fetch bill data. Think of sending emails/sms when you raise bill. This will save our time and will be able to pay on time. Think of linking with Bharat Bill Pay option.

excellent app. puts NMC services in easy reach. Monitoring is very good, with prompt responses. Water and house tax can also be easily paid. Well done NMC. In the last year one downward change is that I have to login as a new user everytime I open the app, which is a nuisance. Also it crashes frequently. Hope these issues will be rectified. THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED AS OF 24TH MARCH 2022
