About this app

SX Consent is a private trust tool for verified adults who already know each other and want clearer expectations before meeting in person.

Meeting someone is easy. Knowing their true intentions is the real challenge.

Every person has something to protect: a name, a family, a career, a business, a reputation, a future.

Not a dating app. Not a social network. Not a public search tool. SX Consent is designed for private invitations, mutual privacy expectations, session-specific agreements, active participation controls, and structured closure records.

At the center of SX Consent is an 81-page One-Time Private Session Agreement designed to help participants review and document important private-life expectations for one specific Session. The agreement may address confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-disparagement, social media restrictions, device and recording restrictions, and protection of image, likeness, and voice.

Use SX Consent before a private in-person interaction to create a Session: a specific invitation between verified adults for a planned time, place, and context. A Session may support a dinner invitation, a first date, a private visit, a romantic plan, a social dinner, or any other mutually planned in-person interaction.

With SX Consent, participants can review and document expectations for that specific Session, including:

• Identity and adult-verification readiness
• Private invitation details
• Time, place, and session context
• Confidentiality and privacy expectations
• Non-disclosure and non-disparagement expectations
• Social media restrictions
• Device, recording, image, likeness, voice, and privacy restrictions
• Session boundaries and requirements
• Review of the One-Time Private Session Agreement
• Controls to record a pause, resume, participation withdrawal, or session ending
• Post-session closure responses
• Contextual records, timestamps, signatures, status changes, notices, hashes, and agreement metadata

SX Consent helps adults bring more structure to their private life without turning it into a public marketplace.

No public profiles.
No swiping.
No public search.
No social feed.
No adult-content marketplace.

Each Session applies to one invitation only. A Session does not create future participation, permanent participation, permission for any future interaction, legal immunity, emergency response, or a guarantee of any legal outcome.

SX Consent does not control real-world events or physically stop an interaction. The pause, resume, participation withdrawal, or session-ending controls are designed so the user can record their status or decision inside the app at that specific moment, because an invitation, event, or private interaction may have a moment of pause, resumption, ending, or voluntary withdrawal. That record may include the day, hour, minute, and second when the user indicated that they wanted to pause, resume, withdraw from, or end their participation in that invitation, event, or Session.

Those records may be reflected in the Final Session Evidence Export, together with the timestamps, status changes, notices, metadata, and other contextual records available for that Session.

SX Consent means Secure eXpectations for private life: verified adults, private invitations, clear expectations, mutual privacy, voluntary participation controls, session-specific agreements, and structured records when clarity matters.
