Departure Brief: Travel Pro helps independent travel advisors turn already-confirmed trip details into a clear final handoff.

BUILD THE FINAL TRIP RECORD
Create a neutral trip record and enter the confirmed segments that belong in the departure handoff. For each air, stay, transfer, rail, activity or other segment, record a client-safe title, the local start and end time exactly as supplied, the sequence, an optional confirmation reference and the contact the advisor selected. Contacts are explicitly marked client-safe or advisor-only, so private details cannot be used to satisfy client contact coverage.

REVIEW FIVE DETERMINISTIC CHECK GROUPS
The local readiness check evaluates required confirmations, segment chronology, explicit transfer links, contact coverage and private exceptions. Every result points to the exact record that needs attention. A missing required reference stays visible. An entered end time earlier than its start is flagged. Ambiguous ordering is shown for correction. A transfer must explicitly name distinct preceding and following segments in chronological order. A client-facing segment can use only a client-safe contact.

The check uses only the details entered on the device and keeps each result tied to the exact record the advisor can correct.

KEEP PRIVATE EXCEPTIONS PRIVATE
Record an advisor-only exception for a missing confirmation, chronology issue, transfer, contact issue or advisor note. Resolve it with a private resolution note when the factual record is ready. Unresolved private exceptions block the client finalization, while an advisor working copy remains available and clearly marked as not client-ready.

COMPARE THE TWO OUTPUTS BEFORE FINALIZING
The finalization review places client-safe content beside the advisor-only exception preview. The Client Departure Brief contains only the selected client-safe segments, confirmation references, local times and client-safe contacts. The Advisor Exception Brief retains audit results, private notes, private contacts, resolutions and the revision trail. Different headings, labels and field inventories make the boundary unmistakable.

PRESERVE CORRECTIONS AS NEW REVISIONS
Finalizing creates a frozen revision with its audit result and PDF identities. A later correction creates a new revision with a reason instead of changing an older handoff. Review the revision history and regenerate documents from the same frozen facts.

PREVIEW AND SHARE EACH PDF INDEPENDENTLY
Open the client and advisor PDFs separately and choose which one to share. Before sharing, the app reminds you that exported documents leave the device through the channel you select. A cancelled or failed share leaves the trip and both previews intact.

BACK UP AND RESTORE LOCAL RECORDS
Create an encrypted backup in a location you choose. Validation checks the schema and checksum before any restore. Corrupt, unsupported or newer-version files are rejected, and cancellation or failure leaves the current local collection unchanged.

LOCAL BY DESIGN
Trip records remain on this device unless you explicitly share a PDF or backup. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. No account, client login, cloud workspace or team invitation is required.
