I left a review elsewhere to avoid at all cost. I still think that. I finally was able to hear back from customer service. They explained it to me that this service is still a ripoff. Let me explain. It's one thing to pay a monthly fee for which they may have you thinking it's one price for multiple devices. WRONG!! It's for one device. So far it works good for my Roku but NOT my Fire TV Stick or any other devices that I might want to use this service. Did I see any info about this? NO! FIX IT!!

OMG, they really need to update this app, casting, search, a queue, lists, etc. Looks like it was developed in 2010 and never updated. Maybe it's based on Nintendo 64.....Could use a keyboard, kinda stops the momentum of party when typing out a search with remote. Casting this would solve this issue. $5/mo, what special content? More songs? How many? I don't mind the commercials. It's worth FREE....

We purchased the app ($6.99) for the Holidays and were never able to chrome-cast it on the TV, as advertised by the seller. We then tried to cancel our subscription to at least not be charged anymore, but the email address left is not real, they don’t answer via their website and there is no other way to get in contact with them and they deleted my previous comment.Do not buy!
