I'm using this app for more than 2 years for paying electricity bills, transferring money and buying telecommunications credits, it was just fine although it's always bugged with many errors, but I excused them till they robbed 20k sdg without getting it back. Don't transfer or buy anything with big amount of money or you might lose it.

I've just used Syber two days, but I think it was enough to discover the high & creative efforts that had been doing in this App. It's amazing, easy to use, secure and contain all the financial solutions that you can imagine. Furthermore, one of the best customer services that I've ever seen. I highly recommend using this app, use it and enjoy the experience.

This new update logged me out of my account and kept insisting that my password is invalid even though it's correct. I changed the password as per recommended but it still insists it's incorrect! It just won't let me log back in! And your customer service is terrible
