mSWIFT is a customized SAP Work Manager Application for GGL field staff. It enables field users to receive and process Work Orders using Mobile/Tablet devices.

This will enable GGL field staff to capture data from the place of action being carried out.

1. Receive Work Order and details of activities (Operations)
2. Update order processing status through confirmations or User Status
3. Request for Life-Saver approval as required in safety guidelines
4. Update material and services consumption data
5. Update Order / Operation long text to report any further observations
6. View attachments (Order / Notification / Equipment / Functional Location)
7. Update Notification – Task, Activities and cause details
8. Confirm activities and upload Job Card and signatures
9. Transfer activities within the team
10. Capture measurement reading through periodic reading / via assigned work order
11. View details of Work Order history, pending orders and master data.
