Sylaps is video conferencing without the friction. Name a meeting, share the link, and anyone joins from
their browser or the app — no account, no downloads, no meeting ID to read out loud.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a meeting. It gets a link straight away.
2. Share the link by message, email or SMS.
3. Talk. Everyone who opens the link is already in the meeting.

TALK
• HD video call and audio call for up to 8 participants
• Audio only when the connection is tight
• Private one to one chat alongside the group chat
• Raise your hand to get the speaker's attention

SHARE
• Screen sharing to present your work
• File sharing with no size limit, drag a file into the chat
• Picture in picture, so the meeting stays visible while you work elsewhere

COLLABORATE
• Group chat with emoji, images and links
• Local recording, and every participant is told when recording starts
• Virtual background, background blur and video filters

CONTROL
• Lock a meeting so nobody else can join
• Protect a meeting with a password
• Approve each participant from a waiting list
• Join as a spectator to watch without being seen or heard

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Sylaps is peer to peer. Your video call travels straight between participants over WebRTC, encrypted with
DTLS-SRTP. It never passes through our servers. Chat messages and shared files live only in your browser's
memory and are wiped when the last participant leaves. Our business is privacy, not data.

Sylaps works in Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, on Android and iOS, and on Windows, macOS and Linux. The
interface is available in 17 languages.

This is a good app but there is a spammer in some meetings whom we are not able to join and that spammer troubles me a lot. My friends used to talk daily in a meeting but now that spammer is always there in it whom we are not able to talk to.

Frustrating. With a strong internet connection, video kept reverting to single frame. Took several tries for both parties to communicate. This was a medical conference with both parties having technical skills and was a poor experience.

it will often turn the other persons (people's) camera and microphone off for me and i have to rejoin for it to work again but other than that, this is fantastic.
