App wouldn't connect with Sylvania strip LEDs with only Bluetooth. Reset the lights a half dozen times and I've had to do it on the Sylvania smart home app several times without an issue so that's not the problem. App needs some bugs worked out I'd say

Doesn't work, won't connect or find devices even when literally being done sitting next to the router. Can't use manual connection option.

Terrible, doesn't work. Take my advice and go with literally any other brand except sylvania. Absolute trash.

Please could you confirm you are using the correct app? This app is for Feilo Sylvania which does not sell products in North America.
