Ratings and reviews

The app does not correctly show data consumption. According to the app, I had data, but the company charged me.... Also, eveyday the data consumption is different, as well as balance on my wallet... one day is less, the next day is more. Dont know how to trust it - no reliable info at all Another problem: when logging to the app without internet on, it is necessary to enter login and password again

Garbage app for a garbage service. Avoid Syma at all cost, this is a very buggy and unfriendly experience.

Worst service, worst network. They promise 5g but it doesn't work even after paying extra 3€ which they never mention at the time of taling a sim card. Forget 5g and bad customer service. The 4g doesn't work properly while travelling and even inside urban areas.
