My Visa card was charged twice for an order made through your App, but the order doesn’t exist in the store’s system. Customer service keeps saying “the complaints team will call” but no one ever does. I have no idea where my money went. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I want an immediate investigation and refund.

Unfortunately, my experience with Sympl has been disappointing. With every purchase, the OTP code does not arrive, and I have to contact customer service each time to obtain it. This is exhausting and highly impractical. The issue is recurring and not an isolated case. It should have been resolved permanently instead of relying on manual intervention every single time. Horrible application Horribly trained phone customerservice that have no information on how the app they represent works Not once was I able to pay through them due to errors they don't even explain! I have even sent them 2 emails explaining the problems One email never got a reply and the second email (the one they provide in the "contact us" section) is OUT OF SERVICE! it's non-existant email! What kind of legitimate company provides a non-existent email for its clients to reach them through!
