My Visa card was charged twice for an order made through your App, but the order doesn’t exist in the store’s system. Customer service keeps saying “the complaints team will call” but no one ever does. I have no idea where my money went. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I want an immediate investigation and refund.

Unfortunately, my experience with Sympl has been disappointing. With every purchase, the OTP code does not arrive, and I have to contact customer service each time to obtain it. This is exhausting and highly impractical. The issue is recurring and not an isolated case. It should have been resolved permanently instead of relying on manual intervention every single time. to be honest a bad experience , I keep entering the card details on purchase and keeps validating it and then asks me to re-enter as if I did not enter any details . keeps reducing 1 EGP for validation and we never get to checkout do not know it happens with other people or not but this is my experience
