Sell tickets in person
Sales are made directly in the app and are linked to your event on Sympla, provided the event is enabled for in-person sales.

Use integrated or external payments (POS), according to the needs of your operation.

Use contactless payment (Tap to Pay)
Sell faster using contactless payment directly from your cell phone, on devices compatible with NFC technology (when available).

Control cash register opening and closing
Track cash inflows, outflows, and balance in a simple and organized way.

Generate cash register reports in PDF format
Have ready-made reports for verification, financial organization, and accountability.

Easily check orders
Search for orders placed at any time, including sales made at the physical or online box office, whether for service or verification.

Cancel orders, totally or partially

Sympla Express is fully integrated with the Sympla platform. This ensures that all sales, payment methods, and financial transactions are automatically recorded and reflected in reports, cash register control, and the event's financial statement.

Requirements and Access
To use the contactless payment feature (Tap to Pay), the device must be compatible with NFC technology. Otherwise, the application continues to function normally with other available payment methods.

Sympla Express is a professional-use application, available only to users registered and authorized by Sympla. Access is granted according to the configuration and eligibility of each event.
