Registration was incredibly difficult because the app kept rejecting everything and we had to contact Symplast for support. There is no password recovery flow for clients. The app logs you out every time the app is closed. There are no app settings available. No biometric login. Unable to upload more than one photo at a time. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used.

I can't even use the app because everytime I try to enter the code sent to me it says, "error occurred". The provider tried three different times, and then they logged in for me and set up a password. Well when I went to log in by clicking, "Already set up", it gives the message, "contact provider for a new code". I then reached out to symplast and they emailed asking when they could call, I said literally anytime today. I haven't heard anything since.

Horrible app. After several attempts to submit information as requested the app continuously rejects the information and produces a message on my cell phone screen that says "Whoops", something is wrong on our end not caused by you. We are aware of the problem and will work to fix it quickly." This issue of the app not allowing submission of information has been going on for over ten days and four attempts and no one at Symplast or the doctor's practice seems to be able to resolve the issue.
