About this app

SAV is an app for small businesses and sole proprietorships that collects all accounting documents in one place and shows how much the company is actually earning. It connects to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), so invoices are automatically sent to the app.

INVOICES FROM KSeF
• Cost and sales invoices are automatically downloaded from KSeF.
• Create a sales invoice in the app—it goes directly to KSeF.
• Notifications when a new invoice is received or a payment due date is approaching.
• Mark invoices as paid and preview overdue ones.

DOCUMENTS OUTSIDE KSeF
• Send a foreign invoice, order confirmation, or payroll via photo, file, or email.
• SAV reads the amounts, dates, and contractor from the document; the original is left in the app for review.
• Documents in foreign currencies are converted to Polish złoty at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) exchange rate.

COMPANY DASHBOARD
• Revenues, expenses, and estimated tax—monthly and yearly.
• A chart showing how the company's results are changing.
• You can exclude documents that are not company expenses from calculations with a single tap.

Accounting and Accounting Office
• SAV automatically assigns accounting categories to document items and shows why it was chosen.
• You can change the category at any time—the app remembers your decision for subsequent documents.
• Connect your company with your accounting office: the office sees the documents, and you chat with them and send attachments.
• A ready-made monthly accounting file for your accounting software.

SECURITY
• You can encrypt your company's financial data with a key that belongs to your company, not us. Even with the database, no one will read your invoices. • Documents are analyzed by a model running on our own infrastructure—their content is not shared with external AI providers.
• No advertising or tracking.

SIMULATED
• Before purchasing, see how a planned expense or sale will affect your income and tax.
• The simulation doesn't mix with real documents—you see both versions side by side.
