About this app

Synapsa Tasks is the app for informed managers and efficient teams.

Here's what you can do with it:
- You collaborate with your team in an organized way through tasks. Tasks have multiple information attached to them, such as: person in charge, project, work, client, status, category, tag, deadline, resolution, and others.
- When you open or modify a task, your teammates are notified.
- Define projects and the related works and phases.
- Track tasks in statistics and in the calendar, based on various criteria.
- Share information about colleagues, suppliers, customers, contacts.
- Issue supply requests and participate in the purchase approval chain.
- You are aware of the status of receipts and payments on invoices issued and received.
- See the stock, the input-output history and manage it in real time through consumption, transfer, returns to the warehouse.
- Easily manage stock by scanning barcodes directly with your phone.
- See the income and expenditure reports on projects.

Synapsa Tasks is part of the SYNAPSA CLOUD ERP suite, which contains 25 web modules, and complements it with useful functions on mobile devices.

As with any module in Synapsa ERP, in the Tasks application teammates’ access rights to functions and information can be selectively granted.

Do you work in a group of companies? Then you can easily switch from one to another.

If you set your phone as the main language other than Romanian, the application will launch in English. You can instantly switch between the two languages.
