Secure Us provides customers with a simple, friendly process to apply for a digital identity which can be used in the process of signing up for financial service products such as remittances or insurance products. These products typically require a lengthy Know Your Customer (KYC) process to authenticate and validate customer information. There is an upfront registration process with different levels of integrity checks performed based on the financial service providers requirements. Once registered, users are able to apply for products and services listed in the app after using a selfie to authenticate themselves. The application will also help the customer to submit a claim against any policy issued.
