About this app

NexusIM Portal gives colocation customers a live view of their own equipment, across every data center where they hold space.
Sign in with the account issued by your NexusIM representative and you see only your own racks, assets and services, at the sites you have been granted access to.

RACKS AND INVENTORY
- Browse rack elevations and see what is installed in every rack unit
- Look up any asset by label, serial, manufacturer or model
- Open a component for its full detail and current status
- Find space with Rack Finder, filtering by units, depth and site

POWER AND ENERGY
- Read power draw at rack and sensor level
- Follow power trends over time, and chart several sensors together
- Check rack power utilization before planning an install

ENVIRONMENT
- Monitor environment sensor readings across your footprint
- See how conditions have moved over the period you choose

CROSS-CONNECTS
- See every cross-connect assigned to you, with its mappings and end points
- Trace a circuit end to end
- Request a new customer cable when you need one

TICKETS AND REQUESTS
- Raise a request against a specific data center, with category and priority
- Track progress, post comments and approve work
- Keep a record of what was asked for and what was done

REPORTS AND AUDIT
- Build reports by data center, date range and interval
- View sensor trends, average summaries and incident lists, and export to CSV
- Review audit logs for inventory and cross-connect changes

- Invite colleagues and manage what each of them can see
- Control access per user, with security settings for your organization

BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE SITE
Filter any screen to a single data center or view your whole estate at once. If
your footprint spans several sites, the portal treats that as the normal case.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
This app is for existing NexusIM colocation customers. Credentials are issued by NexusIM, and the app cannot be used without an account.
