About this app

SyncDistro is the field app for distribution and sales teams. It brings the
day's route, the customers to visit, and the record of every visit into one
place, so the rep works from their phone and the operation gets real-time
visibility.

DAILY ROUTES
Check the assigned route, search among stops, and review the history of past
routes. Each stop shows the customer, their location, and the visit status.

CUSTOMERS AND LEADS
Access the full customer portfolio with filters for active accounts and
leads. Register new customers from the field, update their data, and check
each one's details: general info, visit history, orders, and location on the
map.

VISIT LOGGING
Start a visit on arrival and document what happened: take photos, record
voice notes, add written observations, and log the orders taken. Closing the
visit leaves a complete record of the interaction.

LOCATION DURING THE WORKDAY
With the user's permission, the app records location while the workday is
active, to keep a record of the route and support the visits made. Tracking
stops when the workday ends.

SETTINGS
Set your home address, choose the app's language, and manage notifications
from your profile.
