Tasks are distributed in Synchronicer Task Management from the office to the staff of employees in the field. In the field, tasks are received on smartphones or tablets using location determination.
Location determination is started automatically when the employee in the field logs in and stopped automatically when the employee logs out again or closes the app.
The employee in the field is guided through each task with a process that is specially made for the individual type of task.
When a task is completed, all information about the task, e.g. pictures, comments, position and duration, is sent to the office and saved for documentation, accounting, payroll, invoicing or other processing.
In the office, everything is gathered in one system, and there is a full overview of tasks and people on position cards and lists, which are updated continuously.
Job+ can run partially offline, so you avoid unnecessary waiting time when there is a poor internet connection.
A subscription is required to use the app.
