Installed this last night and it looks like my photos are uploaded. Clicked through to back up contacts but I don't want the cloud to manage my calls. Selected "deny" then "don't ask again". I'm now stuck on that screen and can't go forward or back. And yes, i have tried turning it off and on again
BEWARE contents get irretrievably deleted whenever BT cancels or changes your account. Updated to 126.96.36.199 on 2017.03.12 from 188.8.131.52.7: no useful information in What's New on Google Play Store: "Bug fixes". New app "BT Cloud - Backup" is replacing previous app "BT Cloud". On ONE [m7] Vodafone 4g, Android 5.0.2., Smart Launcher 3.24.19F(beta).
Been trying to backup folders on my PC to BT Cloud for weeks now. Just checked the app again and once again, most of the files and folders that have previously been uploaded have completely disappeared. BT Cloud just doesn't work, the app rarely connects. It's just a scam to keep people with BT. Your files aren't safe and delete themselves.
Unless I'm missing something I am actually unable to open a file from the app. Download, available offline, all carried out. Highlight and press open, and nothing. Will change rating if I can get some help fixing this one as the rest of it is pretty good
Bt cloud a lifesaver and I didn't even know about it, cheers Paul.
Great app - been running in the background for a couple of weeks now. Does exactly what it says it will!
The latest BT Cloud upgrade for Android contains lots of performance enhancements and feature upgrades. We've made lots of 'under the hood' changes to make the app work faster and feel more responsive. We've also made some minor tweaks to the layout, to help make useful features easier to find. Finally, we've fixed some bugs.
