Sync Mine Safety puts your site's safety workflows in the field, where the work happens. Built for mining crews, supervisors, and safety teams, it turns paper inspections and hand-written forms into fast, structured digital records that sync back to your organization's SyncOps system.

This is a private application provided to member organizations. Access requires an account issued by your company.

What you can do:

• Pre-Operational (PreOp) equipment inspections — complete pre-use equipment checks with pass/fail lines and on-device sign-off. • Workplace Examinations (WPEx) — record required workplace exams, findings, and signatures. • Hazard and issue reporting — capture hazards on the spot, attach multiple photos and audio notes, and route them for follow-up. • Equipment and area inspection walks — log stops, observations, and supporting evidence as you move through the site. • Training records — track field training and competencies. • Digital signatures — sign off on shifts, exams, and reports right on the device. • Notifications — see what needs your attention the moment you open the app. • Works offline — keep working without a connection; records sync automatically once you're back online.

Because Sync Mine Safety connects to your company's own SyncOps environment, the information you capture stays within your organization's system.
