Honestly I think a college student could make a better app in a month. It's hard to tell where the bus is but once you figure it out it's ok, but not easy to use. Crashes a lot and not all features are usable, for example I can't scroll all the way down on the stops to see how long it will take to get somewhere. When reception isn't good it just doesn't open

This app is terrible. It gives shuttle notifications, but when you go to clear them (individually, because you can't clear them all at once nor do they clear automatically -- even if days go by and the notification is no longer relevant), the app crashes. The shuttle times also sometimes don't track, and you have no idea what time the shuttle is coming (or if it's even on the way).

The app currently says the bus is in the campus App constantly crashes, stops aren't put where they actually are, if it doesn't crash it just doesn't load or tracks incorrectly Updating this a few weeks later, please add a way to ping the bus from a stop, I've been here for 40+ minutes on the regular route because they're still at the university
