The app is highly broken and it won't show the buses, bus routes, or any bus stops you've favorited. After using it three or four times in a day it completely stops working. The busses don't load or have the last routes 'ETA' on instead of the current live route. I would recommend fixing these issues as it made me miss many busses.

I feel bad for the drivers. Many of the passengers think it's their own personal limo. Speakerphones blare, but mind your own business... How does one do that? Unknown. The drama is hourly not daily. It's a shame too, because the drivers are great, the system is great, the buses are top and the routes are very convenient. VVTA gets 5 stars. 60% of Passengers get much lower ratings.

This app just SUX AH AS! NOT 1 THING in it works right. Most of it doesnt even work. The things that do work just plain SUCK PEW NEED HICK BIG TIME! Forget fixin, just get a different crew (of logical minded ppl with common sense) & have them create a whole new one altogether. Im serious! The only reason i gave a star away all was because it's required in order for me to insult y'all's ways of doing things. Fo real!
