About this app

Syntraq Orders is the kitchen and counter app for restaurants running on Syntraq 360. It is for staff, not for customers — you need a login from your restaurant to use it.

THE ORDER BOARD
Every order arriving in one place, oldest first, with everything the kitchen needs on the ticket: items, sizes, toppings, half-and-half, allergy notes and the time it is due. Tap a ticket to bump it when it goes out.

IT MAKES A NOISE
The board plays an alert when a new order lands, so nobody has to watch the screen through a rush. Turn it on once on the tablet and leave it running.

BUILT FOR A TABLET ON A WALL
Four tabs and nothing else. No back office, no settings buried three levels down, no way to wander into something a cook did not mean to open. Big touch targets that work with wet or gloved hands.

PAUSE ORDERING WHEN YOU NEED TO
Slammed, short-staffed, or the fryer is down? Pause online ordering from the app and set when it comes back. Customers see it straight away.

WORKS ON WHAT YOU HAVE
Any Android phone or tablet. Mount one in the kitchen, keep one at the counter, or use a phone when you step away.

You need an account from your restaurant to sign in. If you do not have one, ask your manager.

What’s new

The start-up screen and the kitchen display now share one look, and the Syntraq logo reads clearly on both the light and dark themes.

- The start-up screen holds its colour from the moment the app opens
- The idle kitchen screen follows the theme you choose on the device
- The store name, the booked-order notice and the status line are easier to read across the room
