About this app

The Syntri Service App gives you immediate insight into the data from your Syntri ERP system. When you are on the road, the App offers you access to the following modules:

Service orders
You have access to the list of service orders for which you are scheduled.

Barcode / QR code
Scan a barcode or QR code and immediately open the relevant order, quotation, etc.

Registration
Add hours, kilometers, and material registrations to your service orders.

Declarations
Add your expenses, such as meals and accommodation, to your service orders.

Signature
After completing the service order you can ask your customer to sign off the order.

agenda
View your own agenda or that of your employees. Group calendars are also available.

Companies / CRM
You have access to your complete database with relations, contacts, quotes, service orders, events, actions and appointments. The App gives you the possibility to start a telephone conversation, to mail and to navigate to your relations.

Create, modify and delete
You can create, modify and delete appointments, contacts and events.

Photos and attachments
You can take photos with the app and add it as an attachment to your Syntri ERP system.

The Syntri Service App is part of the Syntri Workflow-ERP solution. This is also required for use of the App.
