About this app

Syskonf Dashboard shows event organizers live attendance: how many attendees are already on site, how many have not arrived yet and how many registrations are waiting for a decision. No admin panel, no laptop — one glance at your phone or tablet during the conference. The app is intended for organizers using the Syskonf.com platform.

WHAT IT SHOWS

• on site — number and percentage of registered attendees
• absent — registered attendees who have not checked in at the registration desk yet
• registered — total number of attendees
• pending — registrations waiting for the organizer's approval

HOW IT WORKS

The numbers come from the Syskonf registration desk: every check-in updates the app right away. Refresh automatically every 1, 10 or 30 minutes, or by hand with one tap. The time of the last update is always on screen, so you know how fresh the data is.

SIGNING IN

Event ID and PIN set in the Syskonf admin panel — no account needed in the app. Share the PIN with co-organizers, your client or management who want to follow attendance without access to the admin panel.

WHO IT IS FOR

Organizers of conferences, congresses and corporate events who run attendee registration in Syskonf. The app needs an event configured in Syskonf; it does not register attendees itself.
