The lone worker protection (LWP) alert management platform.
Safeguard is the application designed for alert managers who need to manage the safety of their field teams in real time. Responsive, precise, and intuitive, it allows you to receive alert notifications and the information necessary for a rapid and effective response.

Real-time alert management.
As soon as an alert is triggered, you are immediately notified by an audible and text notification specifying the type of alert (immobility, fall, assault) and the identity of the person alerted.
Clicking on the alert directly opens the application, giving you access at a glance to all the essential information: alert type, precise location on a map, status (ongoing or resolved), time since triggering, and the identity of the person receiving the alert. If an alert manager has accepted the alert, this information is also displayed.
For any ongoing alert without an assigned alert manager, you have the option to accept it, which then interrupts the alert chain.

Precise indoor and outdoor location tracking.

You can view the location of the lone worker on alert on a floor plan of the building they are in. The worker's altitude is also displayed, giving you a complete picture of their situation, even in complex environments, indoors or outdoors, without 4G or GPS coverage.
It is also possible to view the lone worker's location history prior to the incident to reconstruct their movements and better understand the context of the alert.
You can navigate the map freely: move it, rotate it as needed, zoom in and out.

Alert history.
Access a complete history of alerts from the past week. For each active alert, you can find the alert type, the worker involved, the location, the time elapsed since activation, and the designated contact person.

For completed alerts, view all the closure information: location, date and time of completion, and contact person.

A red visual indicator on the menu icon shows you the number of active alerts.

Reliability and service continuity.
Safeguard visually alerts you in case of network connectivity loss, so you know immediately if the displayed information is no longer being updated in real time.

Updates and settings.
From the settings menu, view the installed application version and apply available updates with a single tap. A visual notification alerts you as soon as an update is released by Sysnav.
Safeguard is available on iOS and Android and integrates into controlled environments, with MDM compatibility for enterprise deployments.

Selecting the alert manager and alert chain.
The Safeguard application is the alert manager component of the Safeguard lone worker protection solution. The alert chains, which govern which alert manager receives which alert, at what time and in what order, are defined in a web portal accessible to the solution's administrators.
