VendAPP is a mobile application designed to support the work of field teams performing service and operational tasks on vending machines within the VendSYSTEM ecosystem. The application organizes the technician's daily routine: it provides a list of scheduled locations, guides through subsequent visits and tasks, and enables performance reporting consistent with the organization's processes. During work, users can review assigned routes and tasks, start and end visits to locations, then confirm completed activities and complete information required for billing and quality control. Depending on the implementation configuration, the application supports device and location identification through QR code scanning or visit confirmation using NFC technology. Users also receive notifications about changes to the daily schedule, task updates, or required actions. Functional scope:

VendAPP operates in a B2B model – access to the application and the scope of user permissions are granted and revoked by the Organization in the VendPORTAL system, in accordance with its internal policies.
Permissions and Privacy
To ensure the continuity of field processes and accountability of service activities, the application may utilize device location (including in the background), the camera for code scanning, and NFC for confirmation. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
